Hi all. I'm Teochew Big Brother who is studying in Australia at the moment. Come July I'll be finishing my studies and will return home for job hunting. I'm studying for my Masters in Chemistry. Being in Australia, I miss home terribly that's why I'm cooking Teochew porridge today. Thankfully the neighborhood Chinese supermarket sells salted vegetables but no salted olives available. Oh well I'll just make do. Bought some pork belly for stew. The weather is cold so its good to take a bit of fatty meat. Here the weather is cool in the day and cold at night. Pity my roommate who is down with flu and having a bad cough during this exam period. After the exams I'll probably cook some minced pork noodles. Ok I'm off to study, exams in a few days time.
